Can you tell us about your background ?  

I have been working as a BI Consultant at Fastcube Canada since February 20, 2023. My academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, with a focus on the finance sector. Later, I pursued my passion for data and analytics by obtaining a Master's degree in Data Science from HEC Montreal. 

I am proficient in programming languages such as R and Python, particularly their application in data analysis and machine learning. My technical abilities extend to understanding and utilizing databases, with expertise in MySQL among others. With a solid foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, I am passionate about leveraging data to provide actionable insights and drive business strategies. 

What are your feelings about Fastcube so far ?  

I've grown to genuinely value the supportive work environment at Fastcube. The company's promotion of the ideal work‑life balance has been one of its distinguishing characteristics in my opinion. In addition to increasing my productivity, this has also provided me the room I needed to unwind and consistently present my best self to work. 

My integration into the team has been facilitated by my coworkers' friendship and willingness to help. I was welcomed with a wave of friendliness and support when I initially joined. My teammates were always available and willing to assist, whether it was with task direction or technical support. Working somewhere where everyone is so really friendly and where teamwork is engrained into the culture rather than just being a trendy idea is refreshing. 

How do you see your career development? 

Working here has given me the priceless chance to get involved with a wide variety of projects. Each project has been a distinct learning opportunity that has helped me gain new knowledge, broaden my skill set, and improve how I approach problems. These experiences have expanded my horizons and improved my professional portfolio in addition to helping me see the many possibilities and chances that lie ahead
